So i tried searching for this topic and did not see it, a few major issues my friends and me run into very regularly.

1: while driving around the roads in my roller with a friend in the passenger seat or alone in certain areas on the road we fall through the map and die, this seems to happen more than it should.

2: System lockout... usually only seems to happen while grouped up but our consoles freeze up to the point that the power button on the PS3 no longer works and you are forced to pull the power cord out of the console which is very bad!!!!!! and this happens on average of 2 times within an hour or two.
I should also mention that this happens to all of us at the same time, it has gotten so frustrating that i have stopped playing until the patch is released in hopes that i did not see this fix in the notes.
