Mine gone too and i bought UE with DLC season pass. I think they meant to remove it for non DLC season pass holders BUT since accounts dont have season pass flagged on them from UE codes its borked

Apperently some got "sweet shades" that replaced the hat. So it says in the patch notes forum.
