Thought it was already known that the show was doing fine. Especially when compared with how well the game is doing.

Sadly, it was not the highest rated for the week BUT it was one of the highest rated premiers for SyFy, which by NBC's standards means that as long as it doesnt threaten their wrestling, they'll keep it.

personally, I will watch the show as long as it is on and play the game as long as it is available.

I don't have an extensive social network so I can't bring many other people to it, but I have purchased the game for another friend and continue to try to bring two others I know to it.

I really can't do much more than support something I enjoy to the best of my ability and fail to see the purpose of the original post. Only 2.7 mil viewer so we should just go back to whatever we were doing before?

2.7mil is an amazing figure for a new show, especially a SyFy production.

Does anyone here know how the TV show's success is measured? What determines if they get second season or not? I know that the number of viewers is the biggest impact on this decision, but game is global, show is not so much.
So, does anyone here have any experience or knowledge about the measurement system they use to determine success?

Yeah, this is, by SyFy standards, great. Ratings are always really high on premieres and drop off, but a lot of comments I've seen about the pilot since Monday is that they were impressed and surprised by the show.
