There is no "overkill". There is only "open fire" and "I need to reload."

And then change it so no one wants to bother with the damn emergencies so you have to go out of your way to make the damn things spawn.
The DLC was intended to be released yesterday, but delayed due to bugs/patches taking priorities, so it would likely have originally been DLC+scavenger hunt released. That was the original plan a few months ago at any rate.
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.
I drove around for a few hours making a big circuit track doing all the random stuff and try to make it spawn.
Faster in party's or groups spam those chat channels!

Is there only one location for the raider one?
I heard of 2-3 different ones. Anyway, talked to a gm in live chat he simply completed the pursuit for me (the raider pilgrims, I could do all others).
I'd probably spent a good 12 hours looking for the Raider one. I had just been driving around looking for it and stopped to check the forums to see if there was anything new. I read someones post about Happy Pow farms (which I had just left heading south) and decided to turn around and check. Low and behold I found it right where you see me now on the map. I was even nice enough to wait around for others to show up because I know how much of a pain in the *** it is. Then, go figure, someone comes up, dances, it says Celebration completed, they all vanish, no one got and update. COOL STORY. These pilgrims can shove it.
WTF is a pilgrim?
And what does finding one/not finding one have to do with me giving a shtako?
