No, I expect a developer to say "Huh.. maybe we should design this content in an area north of San Francisco, since we're only 2 weeks past launch and it's kind of ridiculous to expect everyone to have access to SF at this point."
What's wrong? If the content is designed to take place north of SF suddenly it's crap in your world? What an odd attitude you have.
Sooooo yeah? Thats all you got? Lol Do you have envolvement in the games development? Cause if that was the response Trion released, I would be more mad at the fact you knew this would be a problem but decided not to do anything about it. I know changing design in the middle of production cost a butt load of money to the company. But when making a game, you have to keep the player with an ability to play. More bad planning.
Not really, I'll enjoy it either way. I don't have to complete the current episode pursuits if I don't want to, I choose to focus on the story missions, I think I'm only one away, and could likely continue playing as I am, but I'd rather not have to worry about inadvertently missing a deadline.
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.
I can't enter San Fran because Trion's game is still broken post patch, I cannot enter Cronkhite bunker with out the game crashing. (That's required for the main story) So I'm stuck on this side of the bridge...

Just passing through ladies and gentlemen, like what you see? Then speak up.
What are these "masses" you feel are on your side? I guarantee you if they put an in-game poll out asking whether players prefer content releases that only stick around for 1 week, most of them would vote "hell no". Why are they forcing a system on us that (likely) most people don't even want? They need to start paying more attention to what the players actually find fun and less to what they imagine is going to be fun when it isn't.
