I am waiting for the OP to get high enough EGO to see that contract missions have time limits on them also lol.
Tell that to Trion. This whole game is a mess... I've NEVER said this before, to ANY game developer ever, but, fix your G0ddamn game. I lost nearly all of my weapons on one character, (Has never happened in any game to me before) another was corrupted, (Has only happened as a result of my own stupidity on other games, i.e. exiting while saving) and I am unable to even play the game now. I've tried 26, yes, TWENTY GOD DAMN SIX times now, to enter the bunker, but to no avail. I've tried changing worlds, changing my equipment, even going so far as to Un-equiping my sunglasses thinking that is somehow not allowing me to enter the bunker.

Just passing through ladies and gentlemen, like what you see? Then speak up.
It's a pursuit (achievement) tied to a holiday. There's no reason to think it's a one time deal.
Exactly, many games have limited time events, but there's nothing to suggest these won't be returned next year.
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.
DeMoted.. honestly, you sound like the one who bought the game without knowing what you were getting into.
Have you even watched the "Across the Badlands" webcast that premiered after the first episode of Defiance? The developers spent so much of the broadcast stressing how important it was to participate in both watching the show and playing the in-game tie-in content for that "full Defiance experience". That if you really want to follow the story, you need to be doing both.
And then they turn around and make that incredibly hard to do for anyone with a limited gaming schedule. That is not a smart design. There are ways to design this content that it doesn't impact someone like you *at all* but still allows others to experience the full story.
You act like everyone needs to be keeping pace with you, and if they cant.. then they deserve to miss out. That's a crap attitude. Do us all a favor and don't ever step near game design as a profession.
What is the current temporary content so I can do it ASAP?
