The local hangout spot!!

It would be nice to have a capital city with a expansion pack maybe with the launch of season 2 of the tv show.

i think maybe if enough people ask for a town / city to have people enjoy, they might ad it. But as of right now, if i remember Trion doesn't want to remotely implement a town / city or any forms of transportation that can fly player based.

I can see them giving into a Town Concept only because they could add some cool features, such as maybe "Arkfall " concept, we can defend the local social meeting area, but if we fail then everything kinda leaves town like the shops and stuff, kinda scatter to the wind kinda deals?... maybe give us a priority, as we should defend it... to keep local vendors that sell stuff of interest weapons / New Reputation items / cars. and unlike the 30 minute timer on arkfalls, it should be on a 12 or 24 hour deal on that " Invasion ". so it forces us to work together, have some crazy invasion or something?

idk, just would be nice to see something like that other then ark falls. they're fun, but it would be cool to have events that are a little more social, wouldn't you agree?

ya that would be sick like when the ranch was attacked by raiders but have it more risky

i like ur idea and if we succeed in defending the town we can get more vendors and the city gets "richer" so is prone to longer and more frequent attacks

Ok,

Now since the patch has gone up i think ive helped out more than 20 people with the area voice chat, and what ive started doing is telling the people ive helped with the voice chat to do the same with others to get the ball rolling.


But i think we need a local *Offical Hangout Zone* where people can meet up and trade items, help other ect ect.

And i think that place should be the Muir Processing Plant its Central to the map and has the three hidden vendors close by and i have already started telling people to meet there that i have helped with voice chat.

If you think this is a good idea then help me get the ball rolling by letting people know in area voice chat when your at arkfalls ect so we can get a real in-game community going on!!!!

To do area voice chat, press the left button on the d-pad, goto chat channels, area chat, unmute voice then press down on the d-pad and make sure your in area chat by looking at the small window in the lower right hand corner of your screen!!

yeh, its good your trying to get people to use it tho, I made a post similar to this a while back saying we should make our own social area in demon ranch, quite a few people agreed but still no one bothered with it....gotta keep trying tho.

Problem #1 with this is... we're on different servers lol!!

Oddly enough i was at the Muir Plant a good bit last night on my many pilgram serching adventures haha...only found 1 groupd all dang night.

Soon as they "open the flood gates" i'll have a character to play in the open or whatever servers they call it.

yeh people should state what servers they are on, but the original posters location is belguim so its obvious hes gonna be on the eu servers.

Wish the servers were open world wide but I do understand why they have the lock on in the first place. heck of a lot easier to micromanage a cpl different servers as opposed to a world wide server.

At least the forums aren't region locked lol!!

When the lock is lifted i'm certainly gonna have a character to run with you guys that are 6hrs in the future lol. I have some friends from CoD and what not over in the UK/Norway. It's always a good time to just hop in party chat and BS with them. HAHA one guys little brother was asking me if i was a fat american that just eats McDonalds lol..I just said no, i have a beer gut of justice from all the guinness.
