Trion customer support response to my continualy having weapons dissappear..

I had some semi horrid experances with CS in the process of losing items several has been GMs straight up saying they cant restore items includeing a lead gm to only have 1 item later restored but I guess they cant restore randomly generated items but items with set stats/name they can restore and they cant return legendary weapons so they just give you a random legendary so you could get stuck with a completely differnt gun in the end like I did.

Also just to inform you that all chat logs after your done talking to them appear in a ticket on the CS page afterwards so the chat transcript is located there for future refrence.

Thanks for the info, tried to copy/paste on my phone, but with txt size, number of characters and trying to edit out the personal info, I simply gave up..
But again, your info was right on, the whole conv including times of reponses is there, so I am corrected on that part, thanks again!
