Xbox 360-post patch-loadout frozen and guns keep disappearing

Since the patch the other day I played the Co-op map "Explosions 101" and I noticed my loadout was frozen. At the boss battle the server timed out, at which point I retired for the night. When I started my game back up today my loadout screen was still frozen to the point where it doesn't even show the gun I'm holding, it will not let me switch between the 2 guns in my current loadout, as well as 3 or 4 guns are missing from my inventory that I had before the patch went through. I have the same issue. My loadout items are sometimes frozen and I can't switch them for different items. Other times it takes a long time for the loadout screen to come up, and the items are all invisible when it finally shows up. I have had these issues from day one. Not being able to switch the items in my loadout is the most annoying iusse. Also modifying weapons becomes quite annoying. When you select a weapon to mod and then want to instead mod another weapon it backs you out of the menu. It should back out to the loadouts not all the way out of the menu. I would love to see basic things like this fixed soon.

I posted a similar thread earlier this morning with these same issues so while it sucks that this is happening it's good to know that it's not just happening to me. I guess it's true that misery enjoys company and all that. Besides this I also lost an assault rifle that was in my primary weapon slot only to have it replaced with an LMG from another load out. Through trial and error I was able to switch my gear on the equipment list tab but right now, not being able to switch weapons in the game while playing has effectively made Defiance unplayable for me. I submitted an in game bug ticket this morning but since I won't be home for several more hours I won't know until then whether this has been resolved or not. Seems like the patch broke more than it fixed.

I just had it happen to me. All of a sudden, I was shooting a weapon that I did not equip and when I went to switch, it only showed the one weapon and I couldn't at all use the inventory screen. No cursor. I also couldn't use the Y button to swap. I logged out and when I got back on, my favorite weapon (Fire Smg/all mods)that had somehow unequiped itself, was gone

Yep. I'm in the same boat too. Right now it's unplayable....and on the weekend too! ARGH...

Seems like everything is buggin out after the patch. Is anyone experiencing enemies just standing around doing nothing? I'm not even being attacked.

I have the same problem sometimes my Hydra gun and probably a few others disappear and reappear in my inventory.

same has happened to me right pain but glad it ain't just me having these probs and i ain't starting a new character i'm level 1579 with the black dodge all side quests complete and like 6 orange weapons

It's completely unplayable for me since the patch went live. I can get in to the game, but spawn without any weapons and none of the menus work so all I can do is run around with my arms out like a weird mannequin. I've tried several times a day since the patch and it's always the same. Quite difficult to play a shooter with no weapons!
