Not Receiving Keystones?

I used to get keystones from the misc events such as hell bug extermination. However when I complete them now I no longer receive any keystones, this goes for all prior events that I used to receive them from. The only time I have gotten any keystones is from completing Ark Events and Instances. Is this working as intended or is it a bug. Perhaps I may have overlooked this in the patch notes?

Unfortunately, they removed the keystones that dropped after the events.

Well that's depressing, thanks for the info.

Even though I don't like the change, it's not really that big of a deal since orange guns in this game are marginally better than the greens you'll find.
