Mines of madness pursuit bug ps3!!

Hello I'm really starting to get annoyed with this pursuit, I collected all of the intell and it is saying I'm missing "that's all I got" which is located on the table at the bar in The Crater, could someone please help me resolve this. I collected this intell very early on in game and it hasn't registered that I picked it up and is no longer letting me obtain it . Please help me ASAP.

I'm in the same situation as you but play on PC
I saw in another thread a player was told to make a new character. That's not an answer.
I'm at ego 1200ish and there is no way I'm starting again.
I've completed all the zone pursuits now except Marin because of this one thing.
Please FIX it.

A bit reluctant to do any more pursuits in case they also bug out, and seeing as pursuits are a big big part of this game it kind of kills it for me.

I'm sorry to hear that your pursuit is not completing. This issue is unfortunately affecting many of our players. If the pursuit Mines of Madness is not completing after all required recorders have been collected, please submit a support ticket so our Customer Support can assist you. To submit a ticket while in the game:

1) Open the Settings menu
2) Select Account
3) Select Support Desk
4) Click New Issue
