there is 2 things i cant figue out,
1) i have 2 weapons in my inventory that are not equiped that i cant sell or destroy???
2) i can see players names or clan or anything above there heads??

1) Double check that they are not equipped in ANY load outs. Or equip them and then un-equip them and see if you can sell then.
2)(I'm guessing you meant can't) Check in the settings that the names etc. are turned on.
As Lazy said...1) Almost assured that the weapon/grenade/shield you want to see is equiped on a different loadout.
2) Looks like a result of the latest patch as many of us have mentioned this. You arn't alone and I'm sure it will get fixed ASAP.
