Wanted: Tutorial
So far I just reached EVO rating 600-something, and I got my costume for both the "Liberate the lost" and "Explosions 101" dungeons, and I only need the three data recorders to get the costume for Motherlode. Still can't finish that buttwipe Jack-something for the story, but nevermind that. I gave up on that a long time ago, and have almost given up the game due to the horrible community. So this is mostly for Trion, not the elite-players who refuse to accept someone aren't as good as them.
Anyway, what I really need is a tutorial. I love the game, but even after 30+ hours, I still don't know anything about most of it. I keep trying to add mod slots to my weaponry, but it barely works. I do add something, but I don't get a new slot, and I don't get to add more afterwards. I understand there are synergy on stuff, but have no idea what it does. I don't know this, and I don't know that. It's simply because there's no tutorial here. Oh, sure, you get the basic "pull trigger to fire", but a game like this needs far more than that. Take the lockboxes, for instance. They are a crucial part of the game, yet I had to guess what they were. And as for keycodes, they were even more confusing. I now know they work as currency for lockboxes, but I had to figure that one out for myself by buying one and checking what increased, and buying a lockbox to see what decreased. For that matter, the lockboxes are listed as both a keycode- and resource-price, yet the resources never changes when I buy a lockbox. And as for the cash store money, I had to figure out that too myself by spending some on a lockbox and noticing I had less money in the cash store. Thank you so much for that, Trion. I really love losing real money because no one told me what money I was spending...
So yeah, that's about it. It's a great game, but it really, really needs a tutorial. And I don't mean even more Intel - which I had to find myself, for that matter. If I hadn't checked the quick-menu no one told me about, I wouldn't ahve know we even had Intel. Maybe I'm an idiot like so many on the forum thinks, but I should still be allowed to have fun, right?

i agree on some parts, there really isnt alot of explanation about many things in the game and it can be a pain to figure some of it out
