But Fort Defiance != Defiance (St. Louis). St. Louis is not in San Francisco
But yes, could be something for a DLC/Content Patch.
you silly, fort defiance is/was in san fran, defiance the town/city is named after fort defiance and the act of defiance that took place in san fran.
Personally I always gueesed that part would have something cool in it since it was a closed of area on the map but in the middle of the opened map.

I don't know how you got the spawn point, but I was able to get up the wall. But obviously there's an invisible barrier blocking me from getting in.

I'm surprised this game hasn't been data-mined yet like they did with Rift's patches. They uncovered most of Ember Isle before it was released in the data files of the game.
It would be cool for us lore nutters when this is released, might even be a daily quest hub, yer never know.
