Pilgrims Pursuit not counting?

So i found a pilgrim camp, i think the Armstice day one if thats what it is called. it said i completed it and no raiders showed up but in my goals it says i need to still do it but everytime i go back to the locations/finish random encounters, they have not spawned back.

So did the game get me good or are u allow to re-do these pilgrim things?

You can do them multiple times as technically they're just random roadside events just like 99er Roadblocks, helping the E-Rep medic, et cetera.

They're rarer, though.
