Thing is you don't need to know how to code. Its just slightly more difficult that typing /godmode. There afew other threads here that show how easy it is to do. Damage, No Recoil etc Probably even folk with Speed/Boost Hacks on Runners. The Values are actual values sitting in memory and searchable with generic cheat tools.
He'll get banned. Unfortunately, most hackers are not that stupid and will probably plague the PC version of this game forever. Just like hackers plague every PC game... :S
Anyway, this is more than likely the ArtificialAiming hack, Trion are going to seriously need to build some anti-hack detection. Right now they have aimbot, custom damage values (why is this local?), no recoil, etc.
This is why I didn't buy the PC version. lol.
Don't get me wrong, I love playing PC games too, but no one can deny that every PC game has hackers everywhere and there is pretty much no stopping it as they will always find ways around.

Deleting the character won't help him, because it doesn't delete the information in the server logs, etc.. that tie that character to the account. They'll still be able to figure out who it was.

Custom damage values shouldn't be possible! As each damage you do against monsters need to be registered and processed on the server!
So it is absolutely poor coding practices on TRION's side, that their game servers even allow it and just process altered damage values that go blatantely way over the Maximum DPS limit of a weapon.
Stuff like this, custom damage values and speed / jump hacks are easily detectable and can be countered via basic anti cheat implementation on server side.
Aiming bots are a different animal together, as that is pretty much always handled Client side, so more difficult to deal With.
I totally agree, if you hack, glitch or cheat you should be banned... I am so glad i left PC gaming for this very reason, the amount of of people using things like this is totally rampant.
They better fix this fast or alot of ppl will leave.
At least it now explains why we see those impossible scores in sertain pursuits.
