How to drive a vehicle

I recently purchased a roller and every time i try to drive it, it doesn't move. I can get in but it wont go anywhere.
I was wondering do you have to be a certain Ego Rating to use certain vehicles or is this just a glitch. If so im really annoyed because i just wasted 15,500 scrip onit. Plz help if u have any advice or experience with this.

Did you get on the correct side?

This is gonna sound a little funny... but treat it like a horse.

Approach it from the Left Hand Side and wait until the "X" button is clearly visible.

Then press it and you should be fine.

I've had this driving glitch happen with a truck on a mission and a couple of times with the rollers.

You get in and you can't advance or reverse.

So approach from the side, hit "X" when prompted and you should be ok.

Let us know how you get on with that.

Make sure you enter the driver's side. You can be a passenger in your own car for some reason.

I agree its kind of awkward when you jump in on the wrong side and just auto-face palm yourself.

Thanks guys, i tried it and it worked. I feel like an idiot though as when i looked it told you which side your attempting to get in at.

Don't worry about it, I am always getting into the car and van on the wrong side. Think it's down to being from the UK and driving on the Left! So have sat there moan as to why the car or van want move, while taking fire.

Yup just remember you're in America
