    I'm sorry, but you're just making too many assumptions. That is something I try to avoid in my posts, but you're entitled to make yourself look silly all you like.

    Like I said, I have been gaming for like 25+ years in one way or another. I understand how important gaming is to those of us that take our gaming seriously. Unless you are being paid to game, it is not your profession. Since you spend a large amount of time doing it, and enjoy doing it, without being paid, it is your hobby. What you consider it as is of literally zero importance.

    You're right, my post was ignorant in the sense that I did not take other countries laws into consideration when I made my post. Where I am from, if you are not delivered the product you were being told you were going to get (which obviously is largely open to interpretation), you can easily contact your credit card company and get a refund.

    That said, I don't think you know what being "narrow minded" honestly means, because you are using it incorrectly. Good day though man, I don't see how this conversation can go much farther, constructively.

    Well I will give my views on it as well...

    To the OP...I do feel for you. I understand and agree with you on many of the bug issues even though I have not personally experienced half as many as you have. Note...Im not saying they are not there...just that I have not had them happen to me.

    In all honesty Im surprised Trion has dropped the all as much as they have this early. But...I think at the same time people need to be a bit more patient. Your not paying a monthly for this game. Dont act like your on some ticking timebomb until your card gets charged or something. Yes....you paid $60ish like the rest of us.

    Im willing to give Trion some time to work the problems out. If its not improved much by say...a month (so like 2 more weeks)...I will be more concerned. The game has been out 2 weeks. Its not time to call on the end of the world just yet.

    On a related note....probably the thing that aggravates me the most is the voice comms and crappy chat UI on PC version.

    Pity you aren't reading those long responses, they are quite valid. The game is new, a little over two weeks? Maybe three? Not sure off the top of my head. The fact it functions and you can play it is a marvel to MMO history. Being that it is a one of a kind MMO and they are balancing these patches to fix things on three different consoles, you have to be patient. You paid your 60, if you got more than 5 hours of gameplay then you got your money's worth in todays gaming age. See you later Ark Hunters!

    Can you please link me to where they lied to us?

    I missed the announcement that there would be no bugs and 24/7 server uptime, I'd love to see it.

    I have the same game as you.
    I am enjoying myself and have experienced little, if any, of the problems you mention.
    I have come across a few minor bugs but I have either worked around or learnt to live with them until patched.

    Really??? The fact that it even plays is a Marvel?? I know you wrote it, but cmon...you must have very low and simplae expectation in a game that your amazed a game even works...no my friend..your comment is a Marvel!

    Oh..and this isnt one of a kind, its been done, no wait, being that this is a TPS, in comparison to other mmo types, id say the product was a bit dumbed down.

    Again this is based on the commission of the consumers rights and I'm not even going to contact them as Trion have yet to do anything as bad as Maxim with Simcity for example. However it was example of what can be done if the **** did indeed hit the fan.

    No need to jump the gun
