It's just like a random event on the road I just posted a post with an attachment picture and circled the most frequent areas for the event

That attached picture and circled areas won't matter as the Pilgrim missions from what I believe are all Random and can appear anywhere on the map. So if it was there for you, it might not be there for everyone else.

YOu just have to drive around and look for Pilgrim events. I believe there's one in each 'county' of the game to find/do.

keep driving around. They are random events which are the yellow dots on your minimap ingame. I just kept doing all of them and found one. Completely random locations. Good luck
