Really slow patcher speed..

Is anyone else having some horrible download speeds for the patcher. This thing has been patching for a good 2 hours now and my computer shows it usually downloading at about 250 kb/s...my connection is faster than this and when i try other downloads it downloads at full speed.

any tips?

250 kb/s!!?? That's way faster than my 0.01 MB/s.(Sometimes just plain 0.00 MB/s)

Mine is downloaded but the patch is now saving. I just want to play the game I bought this weekend. Errrr...
