    I'm sorry.... What?!?

    So I had an item disappear (who hasn't)

    but when I checked on the ticket, (after I got the mass response saying they're working on pre-order items) all I had was the following as a response to my support ticket.


    ~V



    and the ticket has been closed.

    I think there may be a bug in their support system. A lot of people are reporting closed ticket's with odd things input into the response box.

    Did you check your inventory and claim items tab for the missing item after the ticket closure?

    My thought of what is happening is they have a huge queue of this problem, so they're having support people tag the various accounts that have submitted a ticket, and they're going to try to take care of it all in one big fix soon.

    It's the only thing I can think of that they're doing this.

    Maybe by doing this they've put you in the queue of "fix this" and so they consider the ticket taken care of (even though you're not yet seeing the results of that, it might be on its way). I mean... has ANYONE out there bothered to post that they finally DID get their weapon back?

    My thought is, if you got your weapon back, you didn't bother coming here to say thank you. So all we're seeing is the complaints, nobody who actually gets their stuff back gives a jek.

    Indeed, and nothing.

    EDIT: @ blue, I haven't gotten anything, and my purple incin grenade with 0.0 det disappeared as well...

    It may take a while, but if the gun is really important, use their live chat. I had a GM restore mine.

    Yeah, I'll prolly do that for my grenade.

    the gun isn't terribly important, but I've yet to find another 0.0 det grenade.

    Don't bother

    Don't even bother mate ,I got my response after my kick *** blue machine gun which I had fully unlocked all the slots on disappeared I was told it would be replaced with a random weapon of equal value ,Imagine my surprise when I logged in to a blue cheap *** pistol. Even if you get a weapon you still get stitched up.

    I had some items in my "claim" section once, normal things that I assume I had been modifying and lost.

    Try checking there maybe.
