At the second waypoint that points younto the miwok ranch to save the farmers, a ransom wandering hulker pops up right as you approach. This is preventing the mission from continuing. I've waited for upwards of 45 min at this spot and the wandering hulker mission is still preventing it from continuing
[EDIT] - a workaround that was successful for me was logging out while near the glitch and logging back in within 3 min. This caused the ranchers to spawn and the mission to continue.

I'm having a problem with this mission too. The patch said they fixed the issue but it did not. When I get to the part where you have to protect the rancher while he revives the others he glitches out. Before the patch he would glitch on the first one, now he glitches on the third.
Ive tried this mission somewhere around a dozen times over the last week. Getting real frustrated at being EGO 600 and cant progress the main missions any farther.
This mission is bugged at the same place on PC. The Rancher doesn't ever show up at the entrance to the ranch. There is a hand running around paniced just beyond the first raider spawn point. I have killed those raiders 3 or 4 times and nothing. Also I abandoned and reaquired the quest and nothing.Originally Posted by DrDomino

I had the same problem this is how you beat the lvl though(no troll). Make sure nothing impedes the path of the rancher, no you or any enemies, if anything stops him from getting up off of the farmer he is healing then it will glitch. If he dies DO NOT kill all the enemies then bring him back to life, make sure you bring him back, let him heal the farmer he is on, THEN kill the remaining raiders of that wave. I promise if you follow these guidelines, your golden. If you're on xbox my gt:bicoastalcloud7 ill run it with you to help.

Same problem.. tried it over 10 times.. They spawn in the building with him so its pretty difficult to keep anything from touching him

I had this same issue and even sent in a help ticket which was no help. I retried the mission several times then I had the bright idea to quit the current quest which is in the options screen then went back and it worked perfectly.
This bug was introduced with the Armistice Day celebrations.
If you go just north west of the barn up on top of a hill, you will see 3 yellow dots.
You should encounter 6 people standing around a fire.
Complete this Armistice Day side quest to the north west, then Miwok Ranch will reset and you will be able to complete the mission.
Took me 15+ tries to figure this out.
My guess is that the camp is too close to the barn, causing the farmer to bug out when his AI performs a proximity check for number of revived NPC farmers within a certain radius which happens to register the NPC farmers at the camp as well, fooling his AI into thinking he's done reviving his dudes when he's actually not.
