Ive been trying to download this new patch for 2 days!

I have been trying to download this new patch since the second it came out. When I start the download its fine for about five minutes but then it just sits there like this http://gyazo.com/f9ed21541f84fd77bd2de5ff279251d5
can someone help me for a solution? P.S- yes I have tried uninstall and reinstall and it still just stays like that

OK guys update: 4/18/2013 so all I did guys is i kept trying to download and slowly it would progress with each retry until eventually it just finished sorry im not very good at explaining things. dont give up keep trying it took me about 20 tries

There's a high number of people with patching issues. For something as relatively simple as downloading files, the patcher is doing a terrible job. The least trion can do is supply us with alternate means of downloading the patch.

i completely agree, maybe something along the lines of a file that contains the patch that we download and drag over into our game folder
