but how would you fit that into the game? not life they have magic here. and have to fit with a tv show. so it has to be semi-realistic

I like it with shields and just shields.. if they want to do something else it should be shield modifiers like weapons have modifiers.. maybe give us a cool glowing aura or something. I asked Sledge if we were going to be able to find shields that would counter the elements and he responded with "you will not be disappointed" lol.
