Congrats! 44 here, and another Nim survivor. That was one of those bosses that I failed against the first time and thought it would take me awhile to beat, but I came back the next day and took him out on my second try. Sometimes all it takes is a fresh look, though I did change my load out also.
The problem with NIM is that he doesn't give you much breathing room to learn and figure him out... but if you just run around until you get a feel for him then he is more tedious to defeat than hard.
Definitely a fight of attrition needing persistence and patience more than it is about skill.

congrats, I haven't gotten that far in the story, but looking forward to it. great to see a lot of older gamers playing. I'm 46 and hope I'm still playing at 87, can't even imagine what we'll be playing.

Seriously though congrats, I used overcharge and shotgun but I think there are easier ways to do it, like BMG would of been real handy if I thought about that at the time lol.
Congrats ... I too battled him out just last night , and he was a itch. the first part took longer to do I ended up killing him within 20 ish tries ... but most of those was learning the first part. Finding the best weapon to use and movement around the level.
Well done nice to see it's not just the youngsters that can do it.
