Dialogue audio mix up

So, after the latest patch I logged in to find that any and all audio dialogue had been mixed up and switch around.

For example, whenever I melee, my character says something like "Get a load of this" over and over. Same with other players to but with different lines of dialogue. And any prompts while in missions and such that come from NPC or the EGO unit are now way off base. I did the Explosions 101 co-op map and she was spewing out dialogue about arkfalls and ERep soldiers. Also mobs have different dialogue. The standard 99er now sounds like a woman while the melee mutants sound like farmers.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Also, while downloading the patch, it came up with an error, did a quick install on a screen Ive never seen before, then downloaded again.

i am having the exact same problem. When i'm in cutscenes I don't get the proper audio and almost no sound at all, and when i'm fighting things they have the wrong sounds. Also when i use callouts they are not what they are supposed to be and are multiple voice types. I should also note that while downloading the latest patch my controller went off and I got a critical message, but then just went back to my xbox home and restarted the game and let it pick up from where i alleged it had left off. This is incredibly irritating and I dont know what to do to fix it.

Having the same problem. Made a thread last night but got no response. I'm about ready to sell this game and be done with it.

I have not run into this myself. Was it only on the 101 or everywhere?

@Draaconis, it happens everywhere, both in story mode and co-op.

Thank god im not the only one with this problem... ever since the new patch this has been happening and its really quite annoying... i hope they fix this soon somehow.. or does anyone know how to fix this??

I have the same issue. The game is totally playable. Are you seriously saying you cannot play Defiance without audio? Engaged the subtitles.

This glitch is more of an annoyance than anything. A really annoying annoyance!! Lol

I'm having the same issue...it is playable...but i have to turn off the audio at some points because it gets annoying...hopefully this is addressed soon...
