ps3 patch going to take weeks or days to get?

Considering the issues with the new patch and the fact that playing on the PS3 right now is pretty irritation-free, I almost hope they don't release the new patch and just take care of it with the next one.

They eventually ironed out the issues, but it would be nice to have pursuit totals not reset with every log off. I've got a long list of pursuits that reset when you log off that I could've easily had done. I wanna do co-op with friends and still be able to use voice chat as well. I wanna stop falling thru the floor after crossing that one bridge. I wanna friggin' drive mah Quad!!!! Among some other things.

The way I see it, if the patch breaks the game I'm completely fine with waiting. It's just right now, I'm starting to notice these issues a lot. Contracts are a nice deterrent. But nothing beats BS'ing w/ friends...

Yeah, so many people got their characters corrupted, i'm glad that we would have to have our patch go through Sony QA first.

The only big thing would be to have them keep the episode missions up even after the episodes are over.

Orange respark shield, man that is awesome. Yeah been doing the same, driving in circles to get keys, then lock box. Got a orange shotgun, and Rocket cuz of this.

Gotta agree with this, fix the patch/make a new and improved one then give it to us. I'll gladly keep the current bugs over the mess that patch brought.
