Beta Registration keys

I have two beta keys for pre-ordering ps3 and on xbox since i have friends on both systems. now my question is if i use both beta registration keys will one cancel out the other and ill only get one beta?

Ah ok i hope so because i'm hoping to play on the ps3 beta and just kinda skip the 360 one so i can focus on bioshock.
