So 15 Hours Later.....

I woke up early this morning to get a little game time in and I was faced with a whole assortment of character bugs. My main gun was missing and replaced with a gun from a different load out, the gun space on the character sheet is empty even though I'm carrying an LMG, I can't edit my load out from the main load out screen, I can't switch my load outs and I can't switch my weapons in game. And I have the missing scope bug. So I sent a bug ticket drank some coffee and decided to watch the news instead. 15 hours later I fire up the game and it's exactly the same. Seriously, how am I supposed to play the game like this?
2 weeks ago we had nearly hourly updates from the design team addressing a lot of the games launch day issues and today the closest thing I've seen to an official response is a forum moderator with a my little pony avatar lock out a thread.
I know mmo's have a lot of launch issues but it's been 2 weeks and the games is all but unplayable for me. Am I missing something here?

I like watching the news but no, I did not watch it for 15 hours, I went to work and had a long day p***ing and moaning on the forums. And no, the ticket is still open. At least I was able to find out that this exact same thing has happened to other people on Xbox so I'm taking comfort in the fact that it's not a fluke.

It's only 1 of the scopes, the commando scope iirc. Actually I found it helpfull, I can still use the gun with no problems zoomed in, and the acope blackout around the screen is gone, allowing for better vision while zoomed. As soon as you fire your gun in zoom the normal crosshairs appear until you stop firing. I just work on the centre of the screen and rarley go far wrong.

However as mentioned, you should be able to remove the scope mod and insert the other version and it will be fine, certainly it works on PC.
