Amen Brother you tell them!!! Kill Ghost Hunters and a few other lame shows, and Put on stuff like Terra Nova , Firefly. I hate to see the Syfy channel turn into another brainless , reality drama bull BLEEP show. Syfy should be just that, not some idiots running around trying to prove that ghosts exist, when 99 % of their episodes are so fake a blind 12 year old could tell.

Caprica was cancels because people refused to watch it after Ron Moore destroyed 4 years of character building and struggles in 6 episodes so he could do the Mitochondrial eve thing. The ends was so unbelievable I simply don't accept it. I called the episode where they arrived at the cylon origin world the end and be done with the series.
Apparently WWE is syfy now. (consider its uberfakeness I would agree)

another thing i didnt expect about the tv show... and i kinda might hate it for

a man and his daughter, went to a special city, turns out the man has skills with law/ solving problems. a big problem happened in this town, the man solved it. offered a job. decided to stay

and the whole other episodes will be just whats happening in this town as the man and his daughter solves it.

Notice the two got together with their families at the end and was practicing their wedding ceremony? Its a plot device, mostly for bringing more drama to the most politically powerful in Defiance.

Exactly. Datak didn't want Alak to see her either till his wife gave him a good idea about a future with her family wealth melded into his after the dad and son are both gone. Then the idea of his son dating the girl becomes such a wonderful idea.

I would gladly watch 1hour and 30mins of Emo & Juliet if the remaining 15 minutes were rather filled with bath scenes instead of the appallingly bad CGI so far. Seriously, get some talented friggin' animators please! You've got the matte artists down, you've got a decent sound crew, some fairly good modelling, texturing and special effects artists but that has to be the worst animation I've seen in ten years.

I didn't really like Iirisa in-game but so far she's my favourite in the series with Jaime whats-her-name coming a close second (funny they have two actresses from Dexter). Granted Nolan has his moments as does that Endogene Medic but the rest of the cast likely due to the writer's, are clichéd carbon-copies of cardboard stereotypes.
