I am finding this is happening quite a lot now, Perks seem to just remove themselves from an equipped slot for no reason at all. I managed to get it to stop by changing the combination in the slots, but now after unlocking another slot for Ego rank 1000 it just keeps happening again and no combination stops it
Fill your loadouts ..Haveing empty spots can cause this.

I will try filling them all and see if that works, I honestly did not think of that one. Though it did happen even before extra loadouts. I will update it tomorrow if it keeps happening
Its been happening to me since day 1 and it drives me NUTS! It's like every other time I open my loadout screen I have to re equip my last perk slot!
Oh,and every slot is full. Always have been.
I keep hoping they fix this soon. Everyday I look at the patch notes hoping this is fixed. This is very annoying and I sometimes forget to look at my perks to make sure they are equipped.
