Exactly...I've been in the top 5, hell even in 1st place quite often and gotten a purp shield and a blue shield. I've also stepped into an arkfall at the last second, got about 10 shots from an LMG on the boss before it died, wasn't even in the top 20 of the damage board and gotten a purp shield and a blue shield. I've played the role of nothing but a healer 99% of the arkfall, had next to nothing damage wise because I spent all my time healing and received the same rewards I get when going full kill on the boss with an LMG.

So this notion that those at the top of the damage board are scooping all your phat lootz is just flat out wrong. Also, not everyone that hits the top of the board is some kind of aimbot cheat haxor either, they just know how to maximize their damage output when it counts, you should probably learn to do the same before casting accusations. I know there are some cheats out there right now, one shotting stuff and all, and I'm not talking about that. But the people at the top of the board are often times just ...better, better at playing

PVP leaderboards does matter, and it's about the playing fun. Being 1 shot all the time from everywhere on the map is not fun.
Yes people are cheating, anyone defending the fact that TRION should do something to help limit the # of cheats in the game is likely cheating, or just stupid.
Yes all games have hacks/cheats. It's getting worse and worse though.

Sorry bud, but you going to be pissed. Trion doesn't do crap when peeps exploit/cheat in Rift, seriously doubt they're going to do a damn thing there.

The real question is will Trion pro-actively do anything? APB got destroyed by botters because the devs were unable or unwilling to do ANYTHING.

I know for a fact that I won't bother with PvP at all until something is done, it's pointless. And no, I'm not one to call HAX when I die in PvP at all but in APB it got to a point where you couldn't do 5 missions without running into BLATANT aimbotting.

LOL if you think hackers or as console people call them modders aren't going to infest this game. They are already there, I've personally seen with my own eyes someone flying through the air, that person was invincible, and finished like 20 - 0 or something.

Earlier today I saw someone driving around a Cerberus during a Shadow War, although that might not be a hack, I just haven't seen any Cerberus's around outside of CO-op missions. I'm also sure consoles have Aim-bot, and more than likely wall hacks as well.
