i have gone to that exact spot like 1000 times and nothing. cleared out the surrounding emergencies and still nothing.
try the t junction (main road) as you are going to san quenten prison, clear out the regular emergencies and armistice should appear. junction is before you enter the san queten area.
still nothing at either location. have spent so muuch time looking can someone on xbox just add me and show me where it is. would be much appreciated. gamertag is L3TH4L DOS3

it should be just to the northeast of the crater, just waypoint it and keep going back every 20 mins or so
i managed to find it. i checked the forums for various locations of where it should spawn checked the whole area whithout any joy. so done a quick mission then on the way back to the crater, i found it about 500m east of where it said it should have been, http://forums.defiance.com/showthrea...grim-locations.
