Names titles missing

Ever since the patch I can no longer see people's names or titles or health bars unless I'm grouped with them. Is anyone else experiencing this or is this something they chose to change. Also i can only see the chat if i open the full chat window

I've noticed that people who are talking tend to have their names shown while everyone I can't see. But ya I've noticed this same bug. Also some scopes don't work unless you switch guns and zoom in with it then flip back

I've noticed this issue as well (XBOX). I submitted a bug report in game about it. The DEV's seem to be watching the forums closely. I'll bet it's on their list to be fixed soon.
