Did we really buy a game intentionally incomplete at release or are the keycode mod caches bugged?

DLC should never complete games.

Morrowind, mass effect 1-3, Baldurs gate, fallout, skyrim and oblivion....I have played many games in my 29 years of life.

Its not great, but it has 10 different bone structures, hairstyles, hair color, eye color, eye shape, age, scars, tattoes, face paint, makeup, mouth shape, nose shape.

Its not the bad, all you people saying its lacking need to relax...its actually not that bad for shtako sake! Good lurd, its no Saints row 3, but its not bad....

Not everyone had these options! People who made there characters at the start of the game could only change a few things.
