weapon and vehicle proficiency not increasing

hello,
after recent patch, i've noticed that my weapon and vehicle proficiency is not increasing, however, individual weapon xp is fine.
anyone else have this problem?

I believe I'm having the same issue on Xbox 360. Shortly after the patch I had the Pistol proficiency level hit 4 but my bar still says 3. I've been using pistols quite a bit and the bar still says 3 after 2 days or so. Just thought I was going crazy, though.

I've got the same problem. I see the weapon exp bar increasing below the icons, but I don't see any change in the sub-menu of the inventory.
