10 AM.... Update like every other game and pay your Little elves to update at night! Seriously i appreciate the constant fixes. Your doing great with the support i think, however does it have to be an hour every dagum day at 10 am. Now i know allot of people have school & work Etc. But I'm a doomed graveyard shift guy who wouldn't mind one just one day where i can play a couple hours before bed. And except for my weekend i get to stare at the defiance forum patch screen of death!

1PM EDT / 10 AM PDT is certainly an odd time to update though, especially for a company based out of the US catering mostly to US/EU.

Most games wisely do their updates during the day when programmers are at work. You know, in case something goes wrong. Based on the previous patch, this is a smart move by Trion.
Don't they have servers for specific areas of the world? i.e. EU, NA, etc... Do they update all the servers at the same time? If not, I couldn't agree with you more OP. Early morning (2-3 a.m.) sounds like a much more effective update time.
I'd have figured they'd go for a more early morning approach. I think they just don't want to get out of bed.
