Raise the respawn rate of the pilgrim events please!

Tonight i found all three the events in the main map (and i stumbled in more than the ones i needed for the pursuit), i just miss San Fran, so i can confirm that those events have a respawn consistently buffed. Curiously, none of them was on a main road.

[Hioki]

Think the Madera/Sausalito ones are broken. I spent well over 6hrs roaming the areas clearing out other emergencies and still no pops for the event. May want to check the respawn rate on these. >.>
