If I could get a refund, I would

I know by making this thread that I'm going to have people crawling all over it stating "Who cares", "Well quit" and such, but I thought i'd make it anyway.

I'm barely 25 minutes into the game (Skipping cutscenes as I saw them in the beta).

Major issue. Enemies don't seem to follow the same clipping laws as players do. They are able to hide within objects such as the giant create things.

Enemies had 100% focus on me in the mission, yet there was other AI closer to them and shooting them. Why is my player the one and only one they'll attack.

Very annoying issue is that the enemies keep spawning behind me! That's a cheap mechanic and I'm sick of it already. The enemy should either already be there or come from a location that is reasonable... Not just appear behind me... Or just open a door of a unlimited supply of enemies.

I destroyed one of them Arc things (Red things on the map.. (haven't took the time to learn the name)), but then a base seems to spawn on top of me?! Where was the thinking in that plan? It is not normal for a base to spawn at me.. It ain't normal for a base to spawn at all. It should be a open piece of land of where the Arc was.

But yeah, with all them reasons, I'm highly frustrated with the game and I'd love a refund, but I don't see myself getting one.

I don't think I've had a single issue with anything you've said. Enemies behind you is because they normally are coming out of pre-defined spawn points such as the APC's or building doors and you've advanced deeper into a complex or a base. The radar minimap doesn't really make 1/2 these behind spawns a big deal if you're checking your HUD.

If every enemy spawned in front of you regardless of where you are that seems like a pretty boring game to me, almost like your average corridor single player shooter.

If these tiny issues make you want to return the game, no one cares about your opinion.

I'd take one as well, but sadly, I got it on steam and used the code, so I doubt I could get a refund if I wanted.

Then you obviously want a immersive game, this is not an immersive game. I would recommend Ryzom or SWTOR

I would get a refund as well, but not for the same reasons.

In so many ways this game feels like it was just thrown together:

-On-going bugs and glitches galore make me feel like I'm playing a beta, not a full game I paid $60 for.

-Co-op missions poorly designed--Most of the time I get joined in a match in the middle so trying to follow the mini-story is pointless and I have to run the entire map just to catch up to the group.

-Unbalanced weapons for PvP--Everyone just runs around with a shotgun.

-Unreasonable bit costs for store items--some outfits cost 880 bits ($10)? That's 15% of the cost of the game itself..for one outfit. Why would I even bother since most of the time I'm looking at a mob of default Human Survivalist clones and by the time their outfits finally load up, either they or I am already gone.

-Uncreative game "culture" (Really? Pig + cow = Pow, $hit + taco = shtaco) and "go find the key" type storyline.

I think the play control they got right, but pretty much everything else is mediocre at best. Someone basically said one day "Hey lets combine Mass Effect 3 with Borderlands and crank out the game in time for the release of the TV show whether it works properly or not. Anyway, I'm just going to try and grind out for the achievements and then dump the game first chance.

Never going to buy a Trion product again and going to encourage friends to do the same.
