Character stuck looking at sky?

I logged on about 10minutes ago, and no matter what I can do, I can move around, but my "aim" doesn't move and is stuck looking at the sky? Anyone else experiencing this? I am on EU.

Happened to me once, I had my 360 controller plugged in and it was sitting upside down on the dpad forcing it to look up.

I use the controller for the time trials, much better control than the the KB/Mouse....
