When are you going to give us the Ark Infiltrator outfit we paid $100 for?

Yeah.....not for nothing but I would like to have the Red and Black version too. It's very unique looking. And I can't fault people for wanting it as for some in with a deal closer.

I like the camo too. But it does get lost in there...especially against the EMC Heavy Trooper outfit.

I have to admit, that is a pretty sweet looking outfit.

Not sweet enough to justify $40 though. Amazing that you get an outfit and a useless rocket launcher for $40...

That being said if you paid for it you shouldn't have to wait around for them to deliver what you are entitled to.

It seems as if you see the Community Managers as the official forums managers. There forums are a rather small part of all the ways they interact with the community. Live streams that you mentioned are part of it, so is Twitter and facebook, etc.

And in the end the result seems to be resources spread to thin across too many mediums to be effective in any of them. That was my point.

I've already brought up multiple times, if you look at the sleeve the collectors edition box comes in, it shows blue. And online it shows red. I'm uh, really confused as to which one people were supposed to get. Personally I'd prefer blue. Many others red and camo.

Yeah, not only was the outfit desert camo brown (bleh), but with the latest update, it also ate my Season Pass preorder Hellbug cap and replaced it with shades. Which I already had.

I know there are bigger problems to fix, but honestly, I have a feeling there's always going to be problems bigger or more important than correcting our preorder items, so the sooner they get to them, the better. Besides, I'd like to actually wear the red armor before I get sick of the game. :-\
