Max weapon exp bonus skill info plz

I haven't been able to find what possible skills a maxed out weapon exp bar can acquire. Are there any websites/videos out the that can enlighten me on this topic?

Also i want to know what the best weapon bonus skill you have gained so i know what to look out for.

The best one i have got would be:
45% movement speed on full reload for 5 seconds

This is very fun since its like blur active until i run out of ammo (too bad its on my rebounded cannon, would have preferred a swan-off shotgun). This also stacks with blur and perks for 140% movement speed.

As far as I understand it, there aren't any websites/videos on the subject because it's random what bonus skill you get for your maxed out weapons. I could be wrong but I've found that to be the case that there really isn't a way to track it you can have two maxed out guns of the exact same type that have different maxed out bonuses. Hopefully this helps and if I'm wrong feel free to call me a noob.
