Co-operative maps

Ok, so im seeing random gripes posted here and there about specific maps and their glitches... but im experiencing a complete failure for any of them to work for the last three weeks.
I pop in, they are completely empty and the bosses either glitch to not spawn after a cutscene, or do spawn and when killed the death does not register and you sit there trapped.

Is there any reason for this? I thought the devs would address it in the latest patch but same thing all night last night....

it is a glitch you just have to leave the instance and join again and again and again till you get it

I havent had too much trouble getting a good match, but it does happen every so often.
