Any devs aware of this HUGE problem?

I dont think so, or they turn their heads away from it. I bought the same 7 days ago and the only gameplay i`v seen so far is on youtube.

Got a ticket reply today after a good 5 day wait or so with steps i had to take wich i allready done days ago, i have the same issue as you.

First off... spamming this post every few minutes isn't going to make you get a response any sooner. And secondly, yes I'm having the exact same issue, I just bought the game today. Gets to about 10%, downloading at 14mb/s or so without a problem, then it'll start slowing til it shows 0 seconds 0kb/s and my internet will restart. So something is going on, making it kill my internet. I've tried different dns servers, and turned off anti-virus software. I wish there was an alternative way to download the patch.

UPDATE: Maybe the servers were busy... I tried again it's going without a problem now.

I don't think so, everyone, generally speaking, already has the patch! which is something caused by something else, probably there download servers or something like that!
