Accuracy stat functionality clarification
My search-fu has failed me, or it doesn't exist...has anyone from Trion confirmed whether or not the accuracy stat is working properly?
I got curious and bought 2 identical ARs and attached a scope with +movement accuracy to one of them. I then loaded both into the primary and secondary slots in a loadout and tested them.
With the unmodded rifle equipped, I began moving and observing the crosshairs. While still moving, I swapped over to the rifle with the +movement acc scope and the reticle got larger, instead of smaller.
Has anyone else noticed this and can confirm my findings, or am I just going nuts?

You're not going nuts. Scopes are borked.
If you want to use a scope on a non-scope weapon, try a +0.10 accuracy scope. Any higher and you're just needlessly nerfing yourself.

Ok, thanks. I generally hate scopes except on the sniper rifles, but I got curious after seeing -acc stat weapons and +acc stat weapons and wondered what the exact impact of the + and - were. Guess it's reversed.

-acc good, +acc bad. no one knows why this particular stat displays in a manner that confuses everyone, though.
