Huge issue with matchmaking and co op instances

There is a huge problem here that needs to be addressed. It seems to me to be a problem with matchmaking more than the instances themselves but almost every time I que up for an instance I am entered into one and put into a group of four people. Before the instance is over I will be kicked from the group yet remain in the instance with the former group members but they now appear as purple dots on my map instead of green and are not in my party any longer, then most times I will be kicked from the instance. Worse more is when I que back for the instance I am put into it with three other people but am in the same boat and they are purple dots on my map and I am not in a group with them. I do not want to think of the reputation I have lost with this bug or amount of reputation lost as a whole between all of the defiance players. Is this issue being looked at seriously and when do u expect to have it fixed??

And now when I que for ANY instance it immediately comes available to enter....GREAT.... Except that I am not in the group with other players in the instance. Logging out does not fix this problem so connection is not the issue
