Clan Help!!!

So, my son thought it would be a good idea to have a clan of our own. Yeah, I think not. First off, we know nothing about having or managing a clan, or even how it all works for that matter. Secondly, there are only 3 of us in the clan...Me, my son & my stepson. My son is only here to play every other weekend, and my stepson is on restriction until he brings his school grades back up, which leaves me as the only full time player, and I'm not very good at shooting, or at not getting shot. Which is why I am asking for help, I simply cannot do these missions all by myself...I keep dying! So, we either need more people to join us, or we need to join up with another group of people! But on a plus side, I do think we have a rather cool name "Desciples of the Ark"! Anyway, I look forward to any and all feedback & I thank you very much. Happy, hunting, killing & bleeding!

Can't give much feedback other than just try to recruit as much as possible, don't give up.

You'll have to persuade as much as possible (without lying of course)
Only recruit those who want a lower player base, who state it. anyone who doesn't state lower player base or wants a clan who's established are fair game.

However maturity is a must, meaning your children cannot act like the majority of the call of duty crowd.

If you couldn't set your clan up and looking for some active players to party with.. you can join my clan, I am only sending invites to active players with keyboard and mics who don't make a clan feel like a ghost clan and you coming forward like this shows you are a type of player I am looking for.
