Where are my ****ing bits!!!

Excuse me for the subject.... but i just used a $50 psn card to buy 5200 bits but the funds are removed from my wallet but i have not recieved any bits!!! pls, i would like my purchase honored, i enjoy the game, minus what bug there are, i tell all my buddies to buy it. but this is unacceptable. as an avid dlc consumer for the games i love, this is enough to make me reconsider purchasing bits again in fear of future incidents! please i would like to hear back and know that i am being heard!!!

I was going to buy 5200 bit this Tuesday but after seeing this...not sure I want to now. if I do I will be on the phone with psn when I make the transaction

The thing is I bought bits on my Xbox and I must be lucky as I got mine every time I buy so don't know what issue is with ps3
