Well i was screwed, the san francisco pursuit was not explained well, "scrap the whole thing" is a "side mission" but in the pursuits page it is refered to as a mission, thinking it was a main mission i thought my game broke since i completed all the main missions so i went to go replay all missions, what happened next ruined my experience with Defiance, ALL OF MY MAIN AND SIDE MISSIONS ARE GONE why trion why. now i must complete the whole story again and i really dont want too, after all this i found out that
the mission "scrap the whole thing" the one i needed for my pursuit is actually a side mission, trion why is it you did not refer to the mission "scrap the whole thing" as a side mission like in the other pursuits? you wasted alot of my time, the san fran pursuits unlock a badass suit i want,
DO NOT REPLAY THE MISSIONS UNLESS YOU WANT ALL YOUR MISSIONS EVEN THE SIDE MISSIONS ERASED you must unlock them all again, trion why didnt you unlock all the missions for us so we can pick and choose which mission we want to play?

Wait.... so your saying that if I redo the main mission, I can redo ALL side missions too? So its like easy exp as you get all side missions back but you have to do them in the same order (as in unlock them as you go)

no if you replay the main missions you will need to unlock all your side missions again

That's odd, I just started a replay last night and I can't do any of the side missions. I'd completed them all before the reset.
