Why can't I change Weapons

Hey,

I just started Defiance due to being on holiday until now, So I don't know if these are known bugs or just me being stupid but here's what I found. I have the UE edition and entered all the codes before I player, when I played I started with everything but couldn't get past the tutorial because it would not give me the cloak power, I remade my character and lost all my items but the tutorial worked this time. Anyways my main issue at the moment is that I cannot select weapons or choose anything in my inventory. Everytime I try and scroll down or select any other weapon than my autopistol it doesn't work. If I spanm L1 and R1 in the menu and then go to inventory I can select the first 4 items before it bugs again. Is anyone else having this problem? I also have not recieved my pre order items, a shield and my lockboxes from the season pass and UE edition. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou

Not sure about the bug you should probably sumbit a ticket and ask for your lost bonus stuff back too. To get some of the UE/Pre-order stuff you need to goto the defiance store via the in game menu and scroll down to i think it is the second bottom option to claim your gear and vehicles.

Ok when the games all loaded up hit the start button. Then click on said autopistol & ur inventory will open allowing you to replace said weapon. Same for nades & sheilds. You don't change weapons on the inventory screen its just for viewing gear. If this not it I have no idea lol.

I got the items from the store the 2nd time round but am still missing shield and lockbox but thanks for the comment Dam, Dr_Death, I click autopistol and it opens up my weapons but it does not allow me to scroll up and down to change. This is my problem
